Some thoughts for making a design epistemology

Abstract

This paper seeks to generate insights into
the relationship between epistemology,
method, creativity and design. This was
considered appropriate to discern the
evolution of the main epistemological
foundations of science and how they have
been able to influence the design basis
and affect the processes for understanding
creativity. In this line the test includes
some reflections on different views on
epistemology, the main theoretical and
epistemological assumptions and some
criteria to build an epistemology of design
and creativity
