The research focuses on the definition and application of existing risk evaluation tools, making a comparative analysis of them, observing their similarities and differences, obtaining also for the design of the tool, the feedback of expert focus groups, with the objective that it can be applied by students of the Ejercicio Profesional Supervisado de la Facultad de Arquitectura (EPSDA) in their communities, establishing this as the application tool of the risk management approach in the prevention axis.
The risk evaluation tool facilitates a better diagnostic of the site for the construction of architecture projects, giving recommendations for the selection or not of the site, making possible to identify the priority threats and the degree of impact.
