Abstract

PIC-A test is an accurate and precise tool
wich identifies and evaluates the different scales that are part of the process of
creativity. The test allows the professor
to readapt the academic content, to develop the abilities that were identified as
deficient. Counter posed to this idea, the Consensual Assessment Technique (CAT) is a consensual appreciation of a group of
professionals that evaluates a creative
product. This method uses an empiric form to evaluate the creativity in architecture projects. This practice limits the
use of strategies of meaningful learning that are implied in the process of
developing creativity and imagination.
This method decreases the use of divergent thinking to create an architectural
product.
