The urban poor, is set in the peripheral areas of the most populated municipalities of the metropolitan area, the urban area without proper installation of basic services and in precarious conditions and risk spreading, which is a reality of the socio-economic status the poorest sectors of the population. In this exercise analytic, first reading the book and consult other related documents were developed by extracting the most relevant, followed aspects proceeded to knowledge and scope of the National Housing and Human Settlements, making a list of the contents research of Dr. Moran.
