Abstract

The research focuses on the definition and application of existing risk evalua­tion tools, making a comparative analysis of them, observing their similarities and differences, obtaining also for the design of the tool, the feedback of expert focus groups, with the objective that it can be applied by students of the Ejercicio Pro­fesional Supervisado de la Facultad de Arquitectura (EPSDA) in their commu­nities, establishing this as the application tool of the risk management approach in the prevention axis.

The risk evaluation tool facilitates a bet­ter diagnostic of the site for the construc­tion of architecture projects, giving rec­ommendations for the selection or not of the site, making possible to identify the priority threats and the degree of impact.
